David and I are back with another episode of The Eclipse Viewer, the podcast dedicated to the Criterion Collection’s Eclipse Series of DVDs.

In this episode, we discuss three films from Eclipse Series 40: Late Ray: The Home and the World (1984), An Enemy of the People (1989), and The Stranger (1991).

Please find the podcast, the shownotes, and plenty of links over at CriterionCast here.

  1. Hi Trevor, I really like the Eclipse Viewer but both this and the last one (Kaurismäkis Leningrad Cowboys) seems to have both the download and streaming options missing. Is there anything wrong or am I just missing something? Really wanted to listen to this

  2. Thanks, Fredrik! I’ll check in with David and Ryan to see if they can add those back in on the CriterionCast page! I’m not sure if there’s a reason they’re gone or if it was just an oversight. I’ll let you know when I know!
