			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just read Dylan Thomas&#8217;s prose/poem &#8220;A Child&#8217;s Christmas in Wales&#8221; (1954) and thought recommending it would nicely accompany my holiday greeting.  The phyiscal book itself is striking.  The high-quality paper is visible in the picture below as are some of the woodcuts that we find throughout this short but impactful book.  It&#8217;s a book best read in one sitting, and perhaps with little more foreknowledge than this: &#8220;A Child&#8217;s Christmas in Wales&#8221; begins with childish mischief in the form of snowball fights and ends with a nice Christmas night. </p>
