\"May<\/a>A couple of years ago a strange, extremely short story showed up in The New Yorker<\/em>: “The Heron,” by Dorthe Nors (we talked about it here<\/a>). I was a big fan, and I devoured (but have yet to review — I need to fix that) her subsequent collection Karate Chop<\/em>.<\/p>\n
I’m thrilled to see more of her work showing up in the magazine, and I’ll be joining in the discussion below once I’ve read through it.<\/p>\n
