\"March<\/a>I’m definitely a fan of Annie Proulx’s work,\u00a0to the point I’m tempted to try to read\u00a0her\u00a0736-page novel, Barkskins<\/em>,\u00a0that is coming out in June. But wait, I have read some of that novel already, when an excerpt of it, “Rough Deeds,”\u00a0was published in the\u00a02013 Summer Fiction issue (see our thoughts here<\/a>).\u00a0“A Resolute Man,” also,\u00a0is an excerpt from Barkskins<\/em>.<\/p>\n
