Here we are on the tenth week — that means almost a fifth of the way through this year with Gesine!
I hoped to be fully caught up by now, but it’s taken me a bit longer than I thought to get back up to date! So, as usual, thanks to everyone who comments! Please keep going, however it works best for you!
Here is the post for any and all discussions about passages from October 23 – 29, 1967.

Who is still reading along at this point? I am but getting a little behind on occasion. That should fix itself after next week when I will have finished the Goldsmiths shortlist (or at least all of it that I am going to read).
I’m still reading! Though I’ve gotten ahead at some points and behind at others. I AM trying to stay close to the week now. And yes, the Goldsmiths list, the NBA and the booker have all put a cramp in my reading “plan.” That and my eye doctor, who told me to stop reading so much (silly doctor, she knows that’s impossible.) I have some new specs on the way, so that should help.
I am still reading as well and I have caught up after falling behind.
I am still reading. I am just finding it difficult with coming up with interesting comments.
Same here, Sam.
Yes same here as well. And I tend to read in bursts so while roughly keeping up with the days, I am usually either 2-3 days ahead or 2-3 behind. Was interesting in a recent entry to see John McCain featured.
That is really interesting that John McCain features in that entry. Sometimes it feels like we’re reading something written in the present time with hindsight.
I’m still reading. But I tend to get behind and then have to catch up by reading 2-3 entries a day. Still enjoying it though. I like the way each entry is different.
I also am playing catch up that way. Don’ t feel alone.
